"To the Law and to the Testimony: if they speak not according to this WORD, it is because there is no Light in them," Isaiah 8:20.

ADDITIONS TO SCRIPTURE
Chapter/page: 2/49 - Referring to God: "Angels, when they speak that name, veil their faces."
3/58 - speaking of Solomon, "His character, once noble and manly, became enervated and effeminate."
19/236 - Referring to the name of God: "Angels, as they speak it, veil their faces."
55/567 - "...the mixed multitude that came up with Israel from Egypt, were a source of constant trouble."
CONTRADICTIONS TO SCRIPTURE
39/479 - "Among the children of Israel who were carried captive to Babylon...were Christian patriots..."
Compare to scripture Acts 11:26: "...The disciples were called Christians first in Antioch."
46/572 - "For three weeks Gabriel wrestled with the powers of darkness...Christ Himself came to Gabriel's aid...'The prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days,' Gabriel declares; 'but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.' Dan 10:13."
First, we don't know who "wrestled with the powers of darkness" because the Bible doesn't say. But more importantly, Ellen White is reducing the Divine Son of God to a mere angel, a created being. In case there is any doubt as to whether this was intentional, read next note.
47/584 - "Then the Angel, who is Christ Himself..."
Can that be any clearer?
