Sunday I will have an adventist family over to visit me. I'll feed them pizza mostly without meat, most of them eats chicken, but the father doesn't. Please pray for me and for this family, I hope it will be an oportunity to share some light about the truth of the SDA church. |

No, but they attend the same SDA church. I met this familiy and got to know them a little bit when I visited the SDA church (at the time I didn't knew about the false doctrines of the church). They are also from Rumania, I think that 1/3 of this church is from Rumania. They got two girls about 12-14 years old, can't remember exactly. I am feeling sorry for them ... a day when I passed by the church I got talking with their father and one of the girls whent by and asked ... why don't you come to the services anymore ... like with a realy sad voice ... I din't realy knew what to say, felt like saying because this church is based on false doctrines etc. ... oh my .. what can I do but pray for them. |

Mwh, I have to smile at your comment....."pray that the amor of God will protect me." The reason I smile is "amor" is Spanish for love. I am sure you meant the armour of God, but either way you need God's armour and his love and I will be praying for you. Diana |

Yes my english spelling is terrible ... anyways the sentence would function perfectly substituting the word armour with love. The dinner whent very well, we had fun together, eating and playing some games, they introduced me to a game where one has to go outside and the others choose a biblical figure or a group and the one outside comes in and has to guess which one it is, the insiders gives clues. This morning I made a little present for each of them, they were four mom and dad and their two daughters. The gift was a small note with some bibleverses and a wish. 1 Juan 3:13-14 1 Timoteo 4:1-5 Hebreos 13:9 Marco 7:19 Romanos 12:9-21 °Que el EspÌritu del SeÒor Jesucristo te cambia cada dÌa! 1 Juan 2:1-2 LevÌtico 16:20-22 IsaÌas 53:6-12 Juan 1:29 1 Pedro 2:24 Hebreo 9:28 1 Corintios 13 °Que el EspÌritu te enseÒar· m·s y m·s de la verdad cada dÌa! 2 Juan 1:4-6 Šxodo 16:23 Deuteronomio 5:15 Ezequiel 20:10-12 NehemÌas 9:9-15 1 Juan 4:7-21 °Que seas un bendiciÛn en este mundo! 3 Juan 1:11 Mateo 16:23 Mateo 4:10 ZacarÌas 3:2 Judas 1:9 G·latas 5:13-26 °Que la Paz del EspÌritu del SeÒor Cristo Jes™s sea contigo! Besides the first and the last vers, the verses speaks of when the sabbath was given, whom Michael is, unclean/clean foods and who bears sins. I hope the spirit will speak to them while they are reading these verses. Please pray for them. It was realy nice spending time with them, they are really nice people. |

Mwh, that's a great idea about using the fact that English is not your first language to excuse your spelling. I wish I had thought of that. Colleen is an English teacher you know-or at least a former one-so I worry about my spelling, punctuation and grammer here. But I envy you. You do great with your second language. I wish my Spanish was as good. Did you ever find WWW.CYBERSPACEMINISTRY.COM and take the tests? CW |

Mwh, what thoughtful gifts. I will pray for the family. I'm sure your reaching out to them is impacting to them. Cw, you should be afraid! I read every one of your posts with a red pen... (Nope--never even thought about your spelling and grammar, actually!) Colleen |

Mwh, I did not mean it as a criticism of your English or Spanish. Honest, I did not. I just liked the way the word "amor" was used. Please forgive me if I offended you. Diana |

Colleen, that's good because apparently I mis spelled grammar above. Oh well. I was always better at math and science than English. And Mwh, when I took the tests it was hard for me because to get the certificate of completion I had to answer the test questions the way they want them answered which is not always biblical. But for me as a Non-Former it was a great way to educate myself in SDA belief. CW |

speaking of cyberspaceministry,I emailed them and asked them what church or dcotrine do they follow I of coarse knew who they were,i just wondered if they would tell me. They emailed me back and said ,"Dear Friend, we are a group of christians blah blah blha.... and the reason we dont come out and say who we are is because some might have preconceived ideas of certain faiths and not explore the gospel because of that and then blah blah blah..... SDA really dont believe in the work of the Holy Spirit because if the did they wouldnt be so sneaky and try to trick people into their "gospel" Dawn |

Dawn, after I got my certificate of completion I asked if they could recommend a good church in the Sacramento area. They gave me the name and address of an SDA church there and even the meeting times. At no point do they ever come out though and say they are an SDA organization. They did offer to send me a free EGW book though for a small donation. The best thing about the site for me was that the 41 lessons are an honest teaching of their beliefs. They assume they are bringing someone "into the truth" so they don't put a spin on it like I get from my daughter and her boyfriend. CW |

It is interesting to note that in the picture credits at the bottom of the page for Lesson 1, they do give credit to the "Adventist Review" for a picture--although they also have a picture from the Worldwide Church of God, and get this, a couple of pictures from the Watchtower (JW)! (http://www.tagnet.org/cyberspace/Lessons/Truth-01/trut1-01.html) I think they like the "Adventist-like" look and feel of the WCG and JW pictures. Jeremy |

CW, I wonder what cyberspaceministries would say if you wrote back and asked for a Christian sunday keeping church as it is not convenient for you to go to the SDA church they recommended. Just curious!!! Diana |
