I am passionate about our praying for all the people on this list, so I keep moving it, so all the new comers will see it. REMEMBER OUR WEEKLY PRAYER CHAIN The prayer chain is important to each of us, as this is when we pray together for our loved ones still in the clutches of the SDA church/Satan/EGW. The first time we pray is Friday evening at sundown in our own time zones. The second time is Saturday afternoon at 1 PM, PT, 4 PM ET and what ever the time is in your time zone. On Saturday we pray as a group, even though we are scattered. But God is still in the midst of us and hears our prayers. Here is our list of who we pray for: 1. All SDAs from the GC down to the smallest church in the world. 2. All unchurched members. All the agnostics, atheists and unbelievers who are former SDAs. 3. All those who are coming under the influence of SDAs through such things as the Revelation Seminars and baptismal classes. 4. All Christians who think SDAs are just another Christian church. 5. All those writing on R/S, Spectrum, CARM and similar sites. 6. All SDA children who are being exposed to The Clear Word for Kids and other distinctive SDA doctrine that is not Biblical. 7. We pray for each other, that God will use us to teach others His love and about what Jesus did for each of us and that the Holy Spirit fill us. 8. Dirk Anderson and the hassle he is receiving from the White estate. That God will be glorified in what ever happens and that Adventism will be exposed for what they really teach. 9. If God wills we have another reunion next year. We are physically separated, but spiritually we are one as we pray and God is in the midst of us, with the Holy Spirit taking our prayers to the Father. What a group we are connected with. It could not get any better, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Matt 7:7 Ask and it will be given you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. v. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and the seeker finds, and to him who knocks it is opened. Berkeley Version, Modern English Bible. We will be asking, seeking and knocking on Friday and Saturday, and in our daily prayers, for all our requests and God does hear us and answers us. That is a promise and God keeps His promises. Join us at our prayer times Friday at sundown and Sat at 1 PM, PT. I look forward to all of us praying at the same time. God is receiving all these prayers at the same time. Our God is awesome. Diana

Diana, It occured to me awhile ago, that you all had been praying for me, that I had been included in these prayers for some time. I thank you all for your prayers. I thank God for answering them in freeing me from the deception, the cheap imitation, the blasphemy of a different Gospel. Yes, Jeremy, it is good to be free from the cultic "secret society", which claims special insight and revelation. One of these days, when I am ready, I'll need to seek forgiveness fully of those of you I debated with early on, in my defense of a system that denies the Lordship of Jesus Christ over the Sabbath, and every other area of life. James 3:13 Two Kinds of Wisdom 13Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. 14But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. 15Such "wisdom" does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, of the devil. 16For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. 17But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. 18Peacemakers who sow in peace raise a harvest of righteousness. I choose the simple and pure Gospel of Jesus Christ, and the wisdom of Heaven. Lori 4excape@@bellsouth.net BTW Diana, when you said you would be spending less time here, I prayed that you would be efficient and blessed abundantly in your new endeavor, so that we could still benefit from your presence here. . |

Lori, Thank you for the James quote. I needed to read it. Wisdom from heaven is "first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, imaprtial and sincere." Wow. As for your earllier dabatingóI just want you to know that whatever else you may feel or know about yourself, your defensiveness is normal. I think all of us have experienced that same thing as we discovered the gospel and tried to make sense of what we had believed and what we were coming to believe. I for one understand and forgive youójust as I had to repent before God and allow Him to heal my own heart of my resistance and defensiveness. He is so patient and merciful and full of grace. I am thankful at how He has brought you to Himself! Colleen |

Lori, Your debating and defensiveness is forgiven. I never took offense by it. I am just glad that God has your heart, mind, soul and spirit and is changing you, like He is changing each of us. God, as always, you are awesome. Diana |

Colleen, Thank you for your mission of peacemaking and sincere impartiality, considerate and full of mercy! Have been enjoying the challenges of these posts of different subjects and thoughts. So familiar as I've gone through so many of them! Thank you, everyone, for your honesty and openness. It has been of tremendous help and blessing. Thank you for your links,Riverfonz and others, as it's given us a broader view I'd never known before. After all, I was taught not to delve into other "doctrines" as they were "error!" What richness we were being kept from! Piper's "A Taste for Christ" was delicious!! Was so thankful for that link. Bless you all for enriching my life in Christ!! These old dry bones are soaking up the "Latter Rain!" Qweary |

John Piper has a book called "Seeing and Savoring Jesus Christ" that is just awesome, too. His insight into and passion for honoring the Lord Jesus and about His centrality in our lives and in all of reality is so inspiring and humbling. I learn so much from him. Qweary, it's really good to see you here again! I completely "get" your last sentence about your bones soaking up the "latter rain"! How cool is it to finally know that we ARE IN the latter rain which began at Pentecost with the Spirit's infilling all who believe, instead of merely anticipating some sort of "power surge" somemtime in the future?! Praise God! Colleen |

For those of us "slackards" (me) would someone please post the John Piper site again? I missed it. Qweary, I was touched by your message, and I was thinking the other day how SDA's seem afraid to "delve" into the message--avoid the controversial things, but that is exactly what we are taught. So now we are free to delve!! Praise God!! Peggy |
