It was a major server problem! The hosting company accidentally turned our site off last evening. Richard spent about an hour and a half on the phone last night speaking to the outsourced "tech help" in the Philippines, to no avail. The help he received there was a specific phone number to call in the USA this A.M. At 5:00 this morning Richard began another hour and a half on the phone. It was unbelievably difficult to find someone who would actually listen and understand what Richard was saying. It was almost funny--the last person he spoke to had the official job title "Retention"--they finally offered help and got the site turned back on. I'm just praising God it's back up. Last night it looked like it could be offline for several days. I just want to thank all of you who pray for this forum and ministry. God is faithful. Colleen |
