A lurking friend wanted to know if there were any younger people posting here. Like recent college graduates.

I heard somewhere that everyone feels 25 inside. I know I sure do, and I'm in my EARLY 40's. It sure goes fast after 25.

Yeah it sure does go fast. Just a couple years ago I was 25 and now I'm 40.

Thanks for your responses, I'm sure that my lurking friend is glad to see them. And maybe they will come join us sometimes soon?

I think I speak for some of the other "older folks" in saying how much we are blessed by the insight, the scholarship and the spiritual vigor of the younger members of this forum.

I hope more young people join us. We need their energy and fresh perspective!

I agree with what you wrote above Bob. We do need our younger members and their energy and spiritual vigor.

I wish I would have had the insight of all you "youngsters" in my 20's rather than waiting the extra 20 years to enjoy the freedom, love and joy of resting in Jesus!

I am so honored to "know" you "younguns"! :-)

Jeremy, God has given you a wisdom way beyond your years. I enjoy reading your posts and what you write about EGW. I am learning from you young man and do not mind learning from some one younger than I.
God, thank you for these young people who have met you and need only you. You are awesome.

Jeremy, Are you serious? Are you only 20? I second or third what the others have said. I also told Pastor O over on R/S that you were the Martin Luther of our group. Stan

I've often wondered, as Dd mentioned, what my life would have been like if I had known what I know now when I was child or even a teenager or 20-something. Can you imagine what it would be like to grow up having a trusting, open relationship with Jesus?

I have to trust His timing--I'm just thankful that God called me out of that darkness to Himself.

I'm really encouraged that the stream of people leaving Adventism is composed of all ages. That fact not only give us here a balance in our fellowship, but it also means that the reaction to Adventism is not just a generational anomaly. It's REAL! Truth and deception are both ageless, and all ages are able to be committed to knowing and living in truth.

Praise God!

I thought this was referring to those with an I.Q. of 20-somethings...that would be me. But it's about age, and that's not me...43...ugh.
