At what cost? Seems to me that there is "peace" because some of us who were trying to present the Gospel in its purity were silenced. |

I may be wrong but I think that all the noise was the result of simple miscommunication rather than differing views on the Gospel message. |

Well... here is more directly, a closed ended question:
Are you employed by the SDA?

In a more serious note: Great exchange with Bill Thompson. I call those non-biblical words "spiritual slang".
There are others that we often use and carelessly include them in our Christian vocabulary as though they are Biblical and will drag a train before we discover they're not.
Sadly, the EXTREME of it, is that some denominations are so afraid of these words that they remove from their vocabulary. These and other words wuch as:
TRINITY
JEHOVAH (this is a transliteration of a bunch of Hebrew "consonants". No one bought a vowel from Vana on this one...)
RAPTURE...
These words above are not in the Bible, but I will die before anyone proves to me that they are not CONCEPTUALLY in the Biblical Text!

I do not mean to annoy you! I have my own perception based upon past experiences, and when I confirm them, I will publish them... That will help to avoid judgemental spirits since we will then KNOW and have no need to JUDGE!

It's just a pun -- an icebreaker -- not meant to
be an insult. And I'm glad you were strong

Dear Patti and Max,
I too, have learned from both of you. I appreciate both of your comments and I would hope that you both continue here to uplift, encourage, and spur each other and us all to love.
I also agree with several other posts that you both are on the same side.
I have to admit though, I have not finished reading the last weeks posts as there was to much anger? in them.
