This is a fine web page, and I've enjoyed reading the discussions, and especially the personal testimonies. An encounter with the living God in each story is beautiful to behold. I am somewhat alarmed however, at what I've read in the abortion discussion. Experience has taught me that scientific data read in the newspaper is not generally to be believed. In the 70's sophisticated intrauterine surgery wasn't technologically available, let alone prior to an abortion. I phoned Focus on the Family and they searched their archives via computer, and told me they have never published information concerning LLU and abortion. LLU is not free of problems, but this isn't one of them. JMM |

Sorry, it wasn't in the 70's, sorry for the confusion on dates. Figuring from the ages of my children at the time, it should have been sometime between 81 and 86. I know it is there, because I called Focus on the Family at the time to thank them for running the article. |

Try looking into the baby Fae articles. She's the premmy that got a baboon heart transplant at LLU and I'll bet that you can find a media link as a byline exposing other LLU "experiments." |

I was amazed to see how many SDA still believe that Ellen White's concept of amalgamation (mutant offspring produced by breeding between people & animals) is actually true. Anyone know how to link to the LLU experiments site? |
