Woah! Looks like the quotes in my last post got deleted & I don't know how to edit once it's been posted. In order for it to make sense, I have to add them back in. Rogers: ìwhy so many people have fallen away from the fold? Is it EGW writing? how can that be? the church is preaching Christ, not EGW; the church is following Christ, not EGWî ìand she have never seek a gathering, or a following unto her self; but instead pointed us to Christ, who only can save us.î ìOne brother wrote on the forum, and said ënow that I left the church I am free, I can eat anythingíî My reply: Youíre giving a double message here. On the one hand, you say, ìhe did'nt have to leave just to do thatî But then, you counter it by saying, ìthose of us who are obecient, are careful of what we put in our body, for it is the temple of the Holy Spirit.î |

Wow, I have returned from vacation and this forum has really taken off. I have been glued to the posts realizing there are so many of you that are feeling the same way I have felt for years now, over the revelations of finding out how off track our church is (sda's). Tears came to my eyes after reading Maya's and Thomas's posts in the archive through July 30. Some of us carry very similar burdens and I will remember each of you in my prayers and please do so for me. |

Referring to some of the EGW quotes in Lynn's post: It is unbelievable how much things having to do with the carnal nature are emphasized as a means for salvation! Spiritual things are spiritually discerned. Enough said. |

May I add, "they that are of the flesh do mind the things of the flesh..." |
