A few times I have mentioned the problem of selling our house in Austria, which has been on the marked for 2 years now... I have found it very hard to be patient and keep up hope and faith. Now it seems like somebody is very interested. They will have a second look at the place soon, they consider another place too. PLEEEESE pray with us that God will help them to see all the good things about our house and property and that they will give in an offer. This would lift a very heavy burden from our shoulders... I have a prayer request for my daughter in law. She has had heart surgery some time ago and this spring started having problems with it. I'm not really up up on the details, they occurred before she and my son met, but she spent a week in the hospital in May and was back in the hospital this last week. Please pray for her health. A very quick request for my oldest son & family in Mesa. They have one precious child & after years of trying & losing , they are successfully pregnant with a little girl, due in Oct. Would you please remember them in your prayers for a healthy mom & baby, and also that, even in this economy their little house would sell. They are busting at the seams. I will pray also for your children and expectant grand child, that they will be safe, healthy, and their home will sell so they can find something that will be a better fit for their family. Also, into day 2 (of 28) with my Mom here and so far so good,,, a little rough this morning as she didnt want to get out of bed but wanted me to just give her a pain pill and let her stay in bed,, she said she just wants it to be over. I convinced her to get up and dressed, then I helped her put on a little makeup .. she didnt think she needed it to stay home, but I could tell it made her feel better :-) She ate a good breakfast and I even got her to exercise a bit with a pedal thing that sits in front of her chair. The pain meds make her sleepy and at 97 I try and let her sleep as long as she is comfortable, but also try and keep her eating and walking and moving around to keep her strength up when she is awake. Thank you for praying for her + us. It seemed this morning like I could actually FEEL your prayers. Last time she was here was very hard,, I just didnt know if I could do it anymore, every day I kept (and still do) find myself singing in my head "one day at a time sweet Jesus, one day at a time" :-) It really does help .
