Wow, Phil, Enoch, Diana.....praises for these answered prayers. Diana, the Prism weight loss program sounds great, I will have to check into that. Thank you all for praying for my daughter and her prescription drug addiction. She is doing better now, ....it's one day at a time but she seems to be doing much better right now. I know all your prayers have helped. Continue to pray for her recovery and that she will accept Jesus as her Savior. |

Thank you all, who remember, for praying for my friend Gyula and our church situation. There is too much going on to relate here, but we baptised 5 people last Saturday, and God is moving here in a powerful way. Relationships are being restored! Thanks again! Adrian |

More anwers to prayers. I constantly ask God to take care of my finances. I was off work 2 weeks to go spend Christmas with my son and his family and spend time with my brother and his family. God made sure I had enough in the bank to cover the payments taken out of my account while I was gone. Yesterday was my first day back at work. I learned another person had left. I asked the manager if she wanted me to help with occupational therapy. She told me yes and that she would tell Diane, another OT. I figured she meant some one in the long term acute care section. So I go to work this morning and find I will be working in the Skilled nursing unit. I went and worked with 2 patients in the SNU. Then I found out I needed the training. In the meantime I found I enjoyed working there. I had very bad experiences working in skilled nursing facilities in the past and that is why I did not want to work there. I think God let this happen to show me I have changed. I need to have my fingerprints taken and watch 8 hours of film about Alzheimer's, which I will be paid to do. I got the fingerprints done today before coming home. So I will start work at 8 AM with the long term acute care patients and work until my outpatients come in. I will leave about 12 noon. That is pretty good cash wise and I was telling God that I think He set me up to show me the SNU was not as bad as I remember. When I get all 8 hours of the Alzheimer's film watched I can work in the SNU. I can watch them at home, keep track of my hours and get paid for it. Thank you Awesome God. Diana L |

God has planted us in a new little church with a pastor that has the same, fanatical Jesus freak spirit we do! Someone grounded in the Word, and on fire in the Spirit. A combination we had lost hope of finding. It's the church I prayed to find 3 years ago. We've had contact with them for the last 6 months - and have been so encouraged by all we see and hear. Also, received complete healing for my gall bladder the Wed. before Christmas. I had some success with a cleanse, but the pain returned.. So amazed at how that transpired.. I did not ask.. He just took the pain away while I was in church one night and it has not returned. Too many other amazing things to tell, but we are overwhelmed with so many undeserved blessings! Sondra |

Adrian, Diana, Sondra--praise God for His help! He does answer prayer! We can trust Him! (As an SDA I really didn't trust Him, I admit.) Awhile back, I asked you all to pray for my youngest DIL, that she would be assessed fairly as far as her school applications for a master's in public accounting. Her scores/grades are high, but in this world it's often 'who you know'! Well, I just returned from a visit to their home and the first day I was there, she was accepted at the top ranked school for this degree in Austin, TX!!! Thank you God! Thank you for your prayers!! They will fly her out in two weeks to meet her. Yesterday, my son called and told me they are giving her a complete scholarship for the year's tuition!! My prayer is that God will use this to draw them to Him--they both knew I asked you all for prayer. He IS faithful!! |

I was selling a property privately. Some of you have been praying for me, as this is the first time I take on such a large deal without the help of professional. I praise our Lord for allowing me to do this on my own. We closed the deal today. Thank you for your prayers. George |

Awesome George!! Now you can come and sell our house for us since you are an expert!! ha. I spoke too soon on the gall bladder - it flared up again - which was really strange to me, BUT I believe I have been given wisdom about what is causing the problem. I did not fit the normal pattern of attacks/risks, so I believe after doing some research that the culprit is MSG - which sets me off more than eating fatty foods. So... still a praise and will help me to eat more carefully - which I needed to do anyway! The ups and downs are all for our good in some way - so praising Him no matter what! :D Sondra |
