Responses (at least in this case) are not limited to "members" but are open to the public, including Adventists. Blogs are more driven by someone's article or personal reflection on a subject, while the forum is driven more by anecdotes/questions/observations and is an exchange among 'friends" who have similar backgrounds or interests bonding them. Eventually Proclamation articles will be uploaded on blog software so people can respond to them.
