I just thought I would mention I posted a couple of SDA related clips on YouTube recently. Maybe I have been a bit harsh, but I was probably feeling rather frustrated, and therefore aggressive, sarcastic, and all that stuff: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U-sCvcRoZsY http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ww7oMCwNEmU Oh yeah, one's in Hungarian, but I could always post the English version of the Hungarian one, and vice versa. And the music is in Welsh and English. Oh well. What do you think? Adrian |

Adrian, yes! I had trouble with the Hungarian one, of course, but I could still tell many of the points you are making. I'm going to forward these links to Paul Carden who has a CFAR contact in Hungary...just in case he's not aware of these. Thank you for these, Adrian! (Let me just say I totally resonate with your frustration...) Colleen |

Loved the first one!!! Good job. Interested in the translation of the second one. It didn't seem sarcastic to me! |

OK, I got round to doing the alternative language versions: Here's the Hungarian fairy tales: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HG6HaNLhMEs&feature=related and the English Soul Sleep: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gtN_GDuYtgw Hope they're useful. Adrian |

Hello again, I just had a request from a Hungarian to provide some EGW references for the fairy tale topics, and I have managed most of them. I wonder if any of you EGW experts could help me with: 1) physical bodies for God and Satan (I thought I had a GC one for God, but I can't find it), and 2) something about following Jesus' example by our own efforts, Jesus had a sinful nature and overcome sin so we can too, something like that. Thanks! Adrian |

OK, I eventually managed to find quotes for all the points, though I am not totally satisfied with all of them. I posted them here: http://bury-adrian.blogspot.com/2012/01/adventista-mesekrol-bovebben.html I posted the quotes in both languages, as after all, the English is the "original language" for EGW. If anyone can come up with a better one for "save yourself with Jesus as an example" I should be grateful. Or any other comments, suggestions. God bless, Adrian |
