A few weeks ago I was at Atlantic Union College. I decided to use their Heritage Room. (special collections) In there I found some old Signs of the Times. 1902, 1915, even pre-1900. I leafed through them. I found a few copies of the 1906 earthquake specials. It was interesting to read the accounts fo the San Francisco earthquake. I didnt notice anything written by EGW predicting the quake though. I had heard that she did predict it. I only skimmed the articles, and I did see a lot of stuff on how it was a sign of the end of the world. I found the special EGW memorial issue published after her death in 1915. It had her photo on the front, EGW 1827-1915. It told about her life and such, and how much she would be missed, blah blah...and THEN I saw it. The rest of the issue was a study on Daniel 8, and how Rome is the "little horn" of Daniel 8. Daniel 8 is why SDAs believe in the Investigative Judgment...I just found that to be too interesting. I do wonder what Daniel 8 is really about though. |

Ok... I just followed my own advice and found the result set confusing, so I'll see if I can find a better link. Michael |
