Is it true that EGW and those in her group as part of their "worship" service crawled around on the floor, fainted, had visions (others besides Ellen) ? I have read that before and saw a photo/ drawing on some website showing Ellen and others laying on the floor, etc. IF these things were true... was it while she was still a Methodist or after she became an Adventist or kinda in a transitioning in between time period ? Just wondering... It seems to me from some things I have read (documented things) that she had quite a jealous streak (IMO) someone would come up with a "prophecy" and she would then have a "vision" about the same thing making that prophecy her own. The more I learn about her the more dissappointed I am and the more I wonder how anyone could have ever believed she was a Godly woman ..? I USED to think she was a Christian who was just really confused in part because of her head injury, and in part because of pressure from those around her... I guess I tended to try and make excuses for her. Now... I just think she was pure EVIL ! Satan in a long black dress ! |
