I came across a book written by Marvin Moore entitled "The Case for the Investigative Judgment". He makes some bold claims. Just wondering if anyone has done a critique or review of this book? I searched the threads & found a comment from Colleen but am looking for something that provides an analysis of Moore's claims & hopefully a rebuttal of them. On the other hand, if nobody has done something like that, perhaps I should. Thanks. |

Freedom55, that would be awesome! Marvin Moore is hard core Adventist. Sigh. Just know this: if you tackle a rebuttal to something like the dark heart of Adventism, you can expect to be/feel oppressed. It may not be worth it. If you do write, you need to realize that you must stay immersed in Scripture. Adventist doctrine is doctrines of demons, and there is a dark reality to reading and studying them. It's not imaginary or metaphorical; it is real. Satan is absolutely a defeated foe, but sometimes we have to stay away from the cultic writings for our own soul's sake. Colleen |
