Who is sovereign? Doesn't the Father know the day and hour of Christ's coming? Can the actions of Adventists delay (or hasten) his coming? And am I to understand that the world can only be evangelized (so that Jesus can return) by Seventh-day Adventist males? Can somebody prove to me that this isn't seriously twisted? | ||

I did not read the article. Personally i believe only the Father knows the day and the hour. However, generally SDA's believe they can hussle up Jesus or slow Him down becsuse EGW said the SDA message has to be taken to every land before He comes again. | ||

That's a really super cool picture. I hadn't known that Jesus and satan arm wrestled. Maybe the SDA's or the JW's can do one with Jesus and satan doing paper, rock, siccors. That's a good one too. I think I'll forward the arm wreatling picture to my super SDA kin. They think I am mocking their religion when I do that but I think heck, it's from their own publcations. Please try finding the one on the front of the Signs with Jesus and Darth Vader duking it out with their light sabors. Thanks. | ||

Several years ago, Jay Leno had that picture of Jesus and satan fighting with the light sabers. It was in one of his segments about funny things in newspapers, etc. I think it was "Signs of the Times". I'm looking on line too, but no luck so far. |
