I really like listening to sermons and Christian radio shows while I'm at work. I prefer to listen on my phone so that I'm not chained to my desk. I've already listened to Colleen's interview on Wretched radio, and I listened to an interview with Mark Martin on the ex-adventist site, but those are not podcasts. Sometimes when I am at my desk I'll listen to the youtube videos on the former adventist channel, but, as I said, I prefer to listen on my phone. I also can't really watch videos at work, so I don't want to waste the bandwidth on my phone for video. It also takes longer to download.

Also, I can load individual mp3 URLs (like the ones on ex-adventist) on my phone, but I can't find a good mp3 player app that won't lose my place.

What I would really like is to be able to load up a feed on my podcast app and be able to select and play those files directly from my phone. So is there anything like that?

My latest podcast app asks me for rss files.

So this is a request for former adventist podcast links, and if there aren't any, please make one. And if there's a good Christian podcast that you enjoy, please recommend it, even if it's not former Adventist. I have been enjoying the Way of the Master radio podcasts, which is now called Wretched Radio, but I think you need to be a member to listen to those archives.

Two podcasts that I really enjoy are "Carm" and "Fighting for the Faith". These are both Christian apologetics.

Matt Slick from Carm answers call in questions. The podcast is about an hour long.

Chris Roseborugh from Fighting for the Faith reviews sermons and lectures from pastors and teachers. His podcast is 2 hours long.

I've really learned a lot from both of them.

I'd rather not say, but really, I would expect that there are a lot of jobs that would let you listen to something if you're not dealing with the public. I mostly do computer work and processing.

Hey, no problem. After having listend to Carm and Fighting for the Faith I've learned a lot about the different heresies that are out there.

If you're into Christian Apologetics I'd HIGHLY recommend the Please Convince Me Podcast.

Please Convince Me Podcast
