Obviously, I put this in the wrong place--it's under Billy Graham area. Is there an easy way to move it or do I type it over again? Duh! |

No, if you wait long enough, it'll type its self over. |

OK, River, now you're in for it! You'll be @ Tinkers!? We'll be gone to Arizonia (that's how my 6 yo grandson pronounces it) for a week, but definitely be there on the 28th--watch out, for an old lady, I pack a pretty mean wallop! (I was going to make you feel really bad by telling you I sat and waited for 3 hours and it never re-typed itself, but I relented.) Besides, there are two places it says to start a new thread and I am tired today trying to get everything ready for the trip tomorrow. Thanks, Jeremy. I highlighted it, etc. but I will type it over because I see no earthly way to move it to the other 'new thread' area. (There probably IS one, but I don't see how.) Won't take a minute to re-do it. |

Here they are again: "God the Father is atisfied with what Christ has done for us. The question is: are YOU satisfied? Or are you trying to save yourself by your own good works? Let me repeat what I have said before: Man cannot be saved by perfect obedience, because he is incapable of rendering it. He cannot be saved by imperfect obedience, because God will not accept it. There is only one solution to the dilemma, and that is the One who said, 'I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.' (John 14:6)---J. Vernon McGee "You don't need the Spirit of God living in you to understand the law!"---Bob George As I mentioned (in my other lost post!) that Bob George had a stroke Dec 30 and has lost his ability to speak. He's having speech therapy and his wife mentions how very frustrating this has been as he is such a communicator in his ministry--- |

Ha, Colleen, I am at a disadvantage here, so I'll just throw my hat in the door to see what hits it. Probably be a whole gang of formers beat the heck out of me for three years of giving them a hard time. Well...good article anyway, even if God is only atisfied. River |

Yes indeed River. We'll be there, and just desserts await you. Bad puns aside, we'll be in a right jolly mood because it will be Palm Sunday at Trinity Church. It will be great to meet you. MartinC and SharonC |

Shucks. I will be in Yosemite on March 28. I was thinking about leaving NV early and making a big detour to be in Redlands on the night of March 26. Decided that as much as I like long distance driving, I did not want to do that. Now, if River is going to be there on the 26th at the Bible study, I might change my mind. Diana L |

As much as I would like to attend a Bible study, I will be driving to Bakersfield on the 26th, 27th. If I grease the skids up at the main office, I might be able to leave the 25th and gain a day, which would suit me fine, but I still wouldn't make Redlands the 26th. The trick is to be able to get 11 days out of a five day paid vacation. by using the week ends I'll be able to have a total of 22 days paid vacation this summer and it only counts as ten days. If I borrow an additional 8 days onto that I will have a total of 30 days paid vacation this summer and only be charged out for ten days against my vacation time. Sounds screwy, but it works. Large Corps. don't care as long as the beans they count, stays counted. River |
