If I say, that will give away my age, but then who cares. That is public display of affection. Diana L |

I am older than Diana but younger than River. But, I didn't know what PDA means. Of course, a Penny Coastal would know. If River keeps it up I will have my arms up and waving around in public. If we could change "amen" for an old fashion "yahoo", I would be right at home. As for kissing girls, well, any time anywhere. Shucks, a hug will do. Fearless Phil |

Let's be serious folks, Honestwitness is a church shoppin' Honestwitness, I apologize and am getting back to your thread. Just take one of them little compact mirrors with you an hold it real close to them Lutherans mouth an if it fogs up, you'll know you can stay, if it don't you probably just found a morgue er a funeral parlor what bought a Lutheran church out (for twice what it was worth) an they'er just waitin' their turn for a proper send off. Glad I could help. River |

I mentioned the "frozen chosen" comment to a few of my Lutheran friends and now they are saying we have to prove that comment is wrong. This discussion may have started something. There may be a little hand clapping and hand raising going on in my Lutheran church before long. |

Now I do hope you all know that all that was in loving jest. I'll fly Lutran Airways any old day with you, we'll knock the cow out from under the wheels, plug in the coffee pot and soar beyond the blue. River |

HW, I found out that besides the Baptists, the Methodist church as a rule only serves juice. Another good way to find out is to just find the churches in your neighborhood that you're interested in and call them. Church secretaries are always happy to answer questions. Hope you find what you need! Leigh Anne |

Some lean that way, but not to the extreme of SDAism. I also know some Baptists who lean Calvanist. Just depends on the congregation. What church do you come from again? Was it Presbyterian? HW, I don't know where you live or what churches are in your area. It would be best (and you would get the most information) if you personally call them and ask. I know you're a little shy, but keep in mind they won't know you from Adam and most likely don't have an agenda like the SDA church... Leigh Anne |
