Upon following the link posted about Hillary and the SDAs, I found James and Patrick Examine the Seventh Day Adventist Cult. Thought y'all might be interested in it. It appears to start as a powerpoint show, but has a video interview in the middle of it. Some quite interesting "quick facts" at the end. |

I hate to say it Mary, but I really don't think the young man knows a heck of a lot about what he is talking about. River |

I suppose I better explain my statement which might be kind of difficult since my head is foggy and my snotbox is giveing me fits. The young man mentioned that Adventist believed in continuance of the gifts and speaking in tongues. The only reason he gets that impression is because Adventist claim the gifts because it is the only way they can justify Ellen. He probably read the 27 fundamentals and that’s where he got that information. If he made that glaring mistake in his understanding of Adventism it leads me to believe he hasn’t really dug into Adventism. He’s just shooting stuff off that he picked up at a surface glance. Further more I don’t believe anyone can understand Adventist from just glossing over what appears on the outside, either that or I am a complete idiot and I ought to be getting a government check for learning disability’s. And this is who they set up as an authority? Well, younguns gotta learn. River |

I have to agree with you River; he does not show an understanding of SDA doctrine. His major problems w/ SDA doctrine are all confused and/or misrepresentations. I also found the commentary about North America being the birthplace of cults and the KKK somewhat provocative. |
