My wife is preaching this Sabbath AM at a Indian Church, she is not a Pastor but they asked her to preach after hearing her speak at worship at the GC. Part of me doesn't want to go, but I want to go and support her. I already told her not to expect this to be the start of a trend and eventually lead to me re=joining the SDA church. I know a lot of the members there from having worked at the GC and will enjoy seeing some of them again. Keep us in your prayers . Thanks in advance. |

Just remember, 91steps, that though you may be IN the SDA church, you are not OF the SDA church. Think of yourself as an ambassador from the best of Chrisendom. Christ will give you the ability to love the people, while declining to support the doctrine. God needs you to be a shining example to these people of sanity, balance, and assurance of your salvation in Christ. I trust the Lord that he will cause you to exude grace and give you opportunities to witness for Him. Honestwitness |

Actually it was a very spiritual service, the members made me feel at home, even though their Head Deacon and I worked together at the GC. Although there was a small turn out, everyone loved my wife's presentation, which was titled "Feed My Lambs". She had several requests for CD copies of the message, she did a superb Powerpoint presentation and they really liked it. One thing that was really funny was they pretty much did the entire service, Sabbath School and regular service, spur of the moment. But the entire time was very spiritual, NO mention of EG White at all, just the Bible and the Bible alone, which is the ONLY way my wife preaches. She has an open invitation to come back and preach anytime!! |
