Maybe that's my problem.. I haven't been faithful in scrubbing my skin to a nice rosy glow before retiring...Maybe my wife would finally be able to get some rest if I did that. 8-P |

Here is my favorite quote from Ellen White's 1864 book entitled, "An Appeal to Mothers" on the topic of masturbation ("secret vice"). This was the first book she felt compelled to write after her infamous health reform vision of 1863:

In short, she is actually equating masturbation with suicide.
