Richard just found this news story in the San Bernardino Sun this morning. The Behavioral Medicine Center is the mental health treatment facility associated with LLU Medical Center and University. It treats both outpatients and inpatients. The fact that the hospital was found to have kept a second, secret set of financial records showing they knew they were billing fraudulently just doesn't mesh with the CEO's statements that they've done "...nothing wrong"... Why is it that the business just has to pay out of their operating profit? Why are those responsible for running the business not doing time behind bars? Why are they not personally accountable? They are the ones that should be paying. | ||
