I just received this, found in the NAD Retirement monthly newspaper. I post it in the "For What It's Worth Dept." ...... "Bob Folkenbert has encouraged hundreds of lay people across this Division to do a series of meetings without cost to their conferences. Some of the first of this Fall's meetings have just started in Victoria, British Columbia. Three meetings are happening in churches that have between 10-20 members, and each of them has had five or more visitors at each meeting." | ||

Loneviking, That appears to be the case. Bob and I go WAY back to the 60's, working together back then before he was ordained. From gossip I've picked up, Bob seems to have.....what would one call it? ..... a talent, ability no less, for making money, finding money, gathering money. Jess | ||
