I would like to be remembered in your prayers this Wednesday from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. (PST). That is the time I will be in my discussion group at BSF. This week we are doing an in-depth study of Acts 15 along with the first 2 chapters of Galatians. There are 3 SDA girls in my discussion group. Please pray that the Holy Spirit will direct me as to when to speak up regarding the New Covenant, Sabbath "keeping", legalism and to give me the words to show my love for Jesus and His New Covenant/Grace for those who believe in Him and Him alone. I am finally going to Dallas/Abilene to see my son and his family and will meet the Christian man to whom I have been writing. If there is anyone who lives in the Dallas area (Pheeki, I think you said you did)I would like to write to you. My friend is to meet me at DFW Airport while I wait for my son to arrive from Arkansas. Please pray for the Billy Graham crusade scheduled to start next Thursday the 18th here in Los Angeles. It will be Dr. Graham's last crusade. He will be retiring from his 50+ year crusade ministry after the Sunday appeal. Los Angeles desperately needs Christ, and I personally am thrilled to be able to go hear Billy Graham's final altar call firsthand. | ||

Colleen, I am leaving 11/24 and returning 11/28. He will meet me on the 24th. Freeatlast, I am praying for the crusade. My youngest brother was saved at a BGraham crusade and was later baptized an SDA. I was with him that night. It seems that I am always coming here requesting your prayers. I spoke to my son and his partner I beleive God was sith my husband and I. They are disolving the partnership but this is leaving my son in an aweful financial situation. I really need your prayers again. My son needs a miracle to salvage the business. Hi, all. Last thursday, I woke up and noticed my left arm was very numb. My back was sore, so I thought I had just slept on it wrong. Through the day, I noticed my right leg was feeling numb too. I went to the chiropractor to see if he could help. He thought I had been in an accident, but said the areas out of wack were consistent with my numbness. But next morning, it was worse. So, I called again. He recommended I see a neurologist.... long story short, I've lost much use in my limbs. No stroke or MS, but I can barely walk and can't lift much with my arms. It is quite a challenge. I still think the sore spot in my back is key to the problems, but they're still looking for an answer. In the meantime, I can't pick up my baby, had to wean him because of the meds they put in my system for the mri. There are just no answers yet. B has been good staying with me to take care of the baby, but I'd really like to be fixed. I have rehab scheduled starting Monday, but would like to know what happened, so I can know if it will happen again. I'm also in the process of buying another house, so the timing is not great. I've looked for months for the right house, and am so sure that is the house God has for me. Just need to be strong and get through it, but I would sure like prayers. | ||

Melissa, Have put your name and problem in my prayer book. I am a therapist and if you will tell me where you live I can put you in touch with some one who may be able to help you. I have studied a technique called myofascial release and belong to a net work of others across the US who have studied the same course. I can ask for the names of therapists in your area and send them to you. This sounds like something myofascial release can help. Diana | ||
