Kiki and Enoch, praying. Enoch, do you feel you can say what has kept you off work? I did not realize you were suffering physically. God is faithful. Kiki, don't neglect copying Scripture and asking God to show you what is real and true. Thank you all for your prayers. Colleen, I don't mind sharing. I have Crohn's disease. It has been pretty well managed for several years but the extreme stress I have been under (divorcing and a work environment that has literally had my co-workers crying at their desks) has caused it to come back with a vengance. I just saw my primary last night and he is keeping me off for an additional 6 weeks and I have appointments with specialists over the next several days. I really appreciate the prayer and allowing yourselves to be vessels the Holy Spirit can work through Kiki, I'm praying for your situation and hope you find something shortly and that if the job you applied to is for you that He will open the door! | ||

My wife has been transported to the hospital and they have her in heart lab doing tests. We started out this evening by going to the locaql clinic for what appeared to be an infected leg around the wound on her left leg which has been very slow in healing. Turns out both legs are infected but that has to wait until they figure out what is going on with her heart. Since I can't been in with her right now they sent me to the waiting area where they have this computer I am posting from. When I learn more I will post more. Please be in pray. Phil | ||

Father God, you know what is happening to Jan. Be with her and heal her God. Thank you for taking care of Jan and Phil. Hold them in your awesome arms and let them feel your love and presence right now. Give them both your peace. Be with the doctors that they will know what to do for Jan. The testing shows no blockages on her veins, etc. So, they are now focused on fighting the infection in her legs. So, it's going to be a long night here for me because home is thirty miles away. The cardiologist did say he will be doing follow up testing. Phil | ||

Update on Jan's condition: Her heart and the pacemaker are doing fine. The infection however is etremely serious so she will be staying in the hospital until it is undercontrol. The hospital staff is wonderfull and Jan is in good spirits. At times like this it is sure good to know your eternal life and eternal destiny is secure in the promises of our Savior. (Jan just called.) A wound specialist saw her and provided new/better instructions for taking care of the original wound and will be doing things to make it heal better. PS I am home right now looking after things such as feeding Hooch and doing my household chores. Phil | ||
